Segun Elijah Jogunomi has over 20 years working experience in strategies, business start-up as well as management of projects, operations (site services/maintenance), quality, safety, warehousing, finance and people (stakeholders such as large teams, vendors, clients etc) in both telecoms and construction spaces. He is an operation and a project expert and he has designed, planned, deployed and managed huge projects/operations with revenue of several millions of US dollars across projects; civil, power solutions inclusive of rural electrification etc. He dimensioned and implemented hybrid power solutions for hundreds of sites in Nigeria and designed a working budgeting framework to achieve the planned returns on investment (ROI).
He has worked with telecom organizations such as Vmobile/Celtel/Zain/Airtel, Ericsson, Reime West Africa (a sub group of ACME Telepower, India), Biswal Ltd etc and construction organizations such as Bukham Nig Ltd, Paul-B PLC and etc.
He has Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology and he’s a certified QMS (quality management system) auditor (IRCA-UK) and safety expert with NEBOSH and IOSH certifications. He is a registered engineer with membership of COREN (Council for the regulation of engineering in Nigeria), NSE (Nigerian Society of Civil Engineers) & ASCE (American Society of Civil Engineers). He’s also a member of PMI (Project Management Institute). Both home and abroad, he has attended series of workshops/trainings on project management, engineering, safety, quality, lean six sigma plus soft skills.
