Mobolaji Bashorun

Mr. Mobolaji Bashorun is a Telecommunications leader and subject matter expert with over 25 years of hands-on experience in the sector. His work life experience started as an intern at the defunct NEPA. He started his professional career as a trainee switch engineer with Starcomms Nig Ltd and pioneered RF planning, design and optimization department. Thereafter, he worked as a specialist and manager in RFP&O in Econet Wireless Nigeria/Vmobile/CELTEL/. He was involved in optimization campaign with MTNN working as a Lead RF consultant for the whole Northern and South West regions. He also acquired experience in other African operations in Liberia, Congo Kinshasa, Togo, Coted’Ivoire and Ghana as a Lead RF expert both for turnkey and managed service projects.

He is deeply rooted in RF planning, design and optimization. He is versatile in multi-vendor network environments; carried out massive radio equipment swap out from Motorola to Huawei; involved in the nationwide benchmarking projects; managed the VIP customers of MTNN through Ericsson in ensuring and maintaining high user experience; implementation of physical optimization in addressing network issues, Execution of radio frequency sweep, identification of interferers and PIM management scheme. With a proven track record of delivering exceptional results, Mobolaji Bashorun is dedicated to leveraging his expertise to enhance network performance and customer experience.

He is a graduate of Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University Of Benin.
